# Education — TSL Intelligence Lab

Teaching is where our founder started. We teach architects, engineers and the leaders who direct them to build and govern software with AI in the loop, and every course ends with something running.

## TpISENT Talent Development intensive

Hands-on, 48-contact-hour intensive for architects, software engineers, developers, IT professionals, IT managers and IT executives.

Participants build throughout, finishing with a capstone deployed to GCP.

## Mentorship and coaching

One-to-one mentoring and coaching for architects, software engineers, IT managers, executives and founders, online, on a retainer or in a block of sessions.

- Architects and engineers: developing the successor architect, certification paths, design-review practice, and the move from developer to architect to lead
- IT managers and executives: what to see, ask and decide about agentic AI, responsible AI and AI-led delivery; how to hold an architecture team to account
- Founders and early-career technologists: venture building, positioning and the first technical hires; a standing commitment to the Sierra Leone and West African technology community

## Talks and workshops

- **Agentic-first architecture.** What changes in an enterprise architecture when agents are first-class actors: reference architecture, protocol layers such as MCP and A2A, data strategy as agent strategy, model selection as an architectural decision, and the governance language that determines how precise your human oversight can be.
- **Running an AI-led SDLC and AI-led DevSecOps.** How a delivery team actually runs with agentic coding tools: the rules, hooks, commands and purpose-built agents, the review gates and evidence trail an enterprise will accept, and what changes for architects, testers and security. Drawn from building agentic tooling used on programmes valued at over $10M.
- **From monolith to MACH, and what comes after.** Composable and MACH estates in practice: platform selection, DXP, CMS and MarTech consolidation, the migrations that go wrong, and how to design an estate that can absorb agents without another rewrite.
- **Building architecture teams that run without you.** Establishing delivery centres in Mexico, Costa Rica and India and handing each to local leadership; why every Accenture programme was a teaching engagement (build the bench, staff it, certify it, hand it over, repeat, until it reached 1,500+); developing successor architects; the faculty practice that produced two architecture-school awards; and why capability transfer is the deliverable, not the afterthought.
- **Digital public goods and civic technology in West Africa.** Lessons from the Sierra Leone Learning Passport, the open election data platform adopted by the Independent Media Commission, election-violence monitoring for IFES in the Maldives and Senegal, and low-power ICT laboratories for schools: designing for low bandwidth, institutional continuity and local ownership.
- **Teaching as the core skill of a technologist.** Twenty-five years of paid teaching, from secondary-school mathematics to enterprise architects: why the ability to teach is what makes architecture, delivery and leadership transferable, and how to build it into a team.
