> Research, education and open-source software for building with agentic AI

We study how software and the institutions that depend on it change when AI agents do part of the work, teach teams to work that way with the guardrails an enterprise will accept, and publish the tools we build as open source.

## Who this is for

For universities, ministries and development partners investing in education and digital public goods; for engineering teams and their leaders adopting agentic AI; and for researchers and educators who want to build on open, inspectable tools.

## What we do

- **[Research](https://tslintelligence.com/research).** Agentic-first architecture, AI-led software delivery, and digital public goods for education in West Africa. Published in the open as it develops.
- **[Education](https://tslintelligence.com/education).** Hands-on intensives, one-to-one mentorship and talks for architects, engineers and the leaders who direct them. Every course ends with something running.
- **[Open source](https://tslintelligence.com/open-source).** Libraries, tools and curricula released under open licences, so that institutions can inspect, adopt and extend what we build.
- **[Consulting](https://tslintelligence.com/consulting).** Lead architecture, presales, programme recovery and partner enablement for US, UK and EU clients, contracted corp-to-corp.

## Current research

- **Agentic-first architecture.** What changes in an enterprise architecture when agents are first-class actors: reference architectures, protocol layers such as MCP and A2A, data strategy as agent strategy, and model selection as an architectural decision.
- **AI-led software delivery and DevSecOps.** How a delivery team runs with agentic coding tools: the rules, hooks, commands and purpose-built agents, and the review gates and evidence trail an enterprise will accept.
- **Digital public goods for education in West Africa.** Open, adoptable platforms for education and civic data in low-bandwidth, low-budget settings, drawing on the Sierra Leone Learning Passport and the Sierra Leone Open Election Data Platform.
