We publish as the work develops: working notes first, then papers and open-source releases. Collaboration enquiries from universities, research groups and development partners are welcome.

## Agentic-first architecture

What changes in an enterprise architecture when agents are first-class actors: reference architectures, protocol layers such as MCP and A2A, data strategy as agent strategy, and model selection as an architectural decision.

Questions we are working on:

- Which parts of a reference architecture change when agents, not only people, call the systems?
- Where do protocol layers such as MCP and A2A belong, and what do they replace?
- How should an estate be designed so that it can absorb agents without another rewrite?

## AI-led software delivery and DevSecOps

How a delivery team runs with agentic coding tools: the rules, hooks, commands and purpose-built agents, and the review gates and evidence trail an enterprise will accept.

Questions we are working on:

- What guardrails let an enterprise accept code that agents wrote?
- What evidence trail does a security or quality function need, and how is it produced as a side effect of the work?
- What changes for architects, reviewers and engineering managers when agents carry part of the delivery?

## Digital public goods for education in West Africa

Open, adoptable platforms for education and civic data in low-bandwidth, low-budget settings, drawing on the Sierra Leone Learning Passport and the Sierra Leone Open Election Data Platform.

Questions we are working on:

- What makes an education platform adoptable by a ministry or university that cannot pay recurring licence fees?
- How should open platforms be designed for intermittent connectivity and mobile-first users?
- What does it take for a national system to meet the Digital Public Goods Standard and stay maintained?
