Privacy notice.
Effective 17 October 2026. We collect only what you send us through the collaborate form, use it only to reply, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Who we are
TSL Intelligence Labs, Inc. (formerly TpISENT, Inc.), New York, United States, is responsible for the personal data collected on tslintelligence.com. Contact: tamba@tambalamin.me.
What we collect
When you send the collaborate form, we keep:
- the subject you choose, your name, email address, phone number and message;
- the page you sent it from, the date and time, and the country your request came from, as reported by Cloudflare.
Why, and on what basis
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or contract. Under UK and EU data protection law the basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract. We do not use them for marketing, and we never sell or share them.
Where it is kept, and who processes it
Your details may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate, under their standard data protection terms.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, runs the form's security check (Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your browser and IP address to tell people from bots), stores the submission in private storage, and routes the notification email to us.
- Our email provider holds the notification email in our mailbox.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless they become part of a contract we must keep for longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, to delete them, or to stop using them. Email tamba@tambalamin.me. If you are in the UK or the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
